Ralph Whitworth's Relational Investors continues to load-up on HP (NYSE: HPQ) stock in a big, bad way.
After buying 13,148,735 shares recently, it was disclosed after the close of trading Monday that the firm acquired another 5,051,265 shares from 05/31-06/01 at prices from $21.67-$22.54. The firm now owns a total of 34,534,517 shares and has more than doubled its stake since the end of May.
The activist investor has been on the board since Nov. 2011.
