Visa (NYSE: V) Director Mary B. Cranston sold out of some holdings recently as shares hovered around annual highs.
According to a filing with the U.S. SEC, on May 4th, Cranston sold 3,500 shares at an average price of $118.20 per share. Gross proceeds on the deal were about $413,000. The stock was sold from The Mary B. Cranston Trust, which held it indirectly.
Visa ended the session up 0.6 percent.
