Shares of Wynn (Nasdaq: WYNN) remained relatively flat over the last hour of trade despite some Bloomberg headlines which suggested Steve Wynn's former wife Elaine Wynn is seeking a court order voiding an agreement related to the sale of company stock. The agreement blocks Elaine Wynn from selling common shares she holds.
The stock closed up 4.2 percent to $104.52.
