RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $227.84 million, versus the consensus of $215.69 million.
The company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a 16.7% increase to the regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.06 per share to $0.07 per share payable March 10, 2009 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2009.
