The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack (NYSE: PBY) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share, payable on July 27, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 13, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of July 9.
The dividend is yielding 1.24%.
