Victoza vs Byetta
Len B on Jul 23, 2009 03:37 PMI was moved on to Byetta from insulin in 2008 for a period of 9 months. Everything was fine for 7 months and I lost 42 pounds in weight and my glucoze control was excellent. Unfortunately, after 7 months my glucoze levels increased dramatically and my weight started to increase once again and after taking Byetta for 9 months I had to go back to insulin once again and my weight has increased to a higher level than it was when I started Byetta.although my glucoze levels have once again come under control. I have today been introduced to Victoza by my diabetic consultant and I hope to be accepted to receive this new product. I believe that the more people that are able to try these new items the better and more accurate studies will become. Who knows, with us being fortunate enough to try these new products one day there will be total control for all!
