After the close Friday Medtronic Inc. (NYSE: MDT) director Jack Schuler disclosed a number of insider purchases.
Schuler bought 68,700 shares on 2/20, another 45,600 shares on 2/20, 160,700 shares on 2/21 and another 4,100 shares on 2/21.
The transaction brought his stake up to 495,890 shares.
