Juniper Networks' (JNPR) New CEO Buys Some Stock

After the close Friday, Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: JNPR) CEO Kevin Johnson disclosed a purchase of 64,000 shares on 11/13 at $15.01. This is is entire stake in the company.

Johnson was named CEO of Juniper in June. He comes from Microsoft, where most recently he served as president of the Platforms and Services Division.

Shares of Juniper Networks are up 1% today to $15.15, near its 52-week low of $14.20. The 52-week high is $34.95.

Juniper Networks, Inc. engages in the design, development, and sale of products and services that provide network infrastructure, which creates environment for accelerating the deployment of services and applications over a single Internet Protocol (IP) based network.
