Barry Rosenstein's JANA Partners LLC hedge fund released its 13F for the quarter ended 6/30/09. Besides the new 3,648,100 share stake in Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), JANA disclosed a number of other notable moves including new stakes in Schering-Plough (NYSE: SGP) and Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA).

- New 1,503,607share stake in Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR)
- Redued Health Net Inc. (NYSE: HNT) stake by 2.07 Million shares to 2,547,357 shares.
- Reduced MF Global Ltd (NYSE: MF) stake by 5 Million shares to 1,195,832 shares
- Liquidated 1.3 million shares Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) stake
