Guidewire Software Inc (NYSE: GWRE) director Craig Ramsey sold off some of his holdings recently, according to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. SEC.
On April 24, Ramsey sold 400,000 for an average price of $28.25. Gross profit on the transaction was $11.3 million.
Following the sale, Ramsey still hangs on to 1,465,598 common shares.
