The management team is first class - this company is turning around. Keith Stewart is committed to building shop NBC into a key player in home shopping. their customer acquisition is significantly on the rise with the shift in their merchandise mix. Qvc maytake over HSN but I think Shop NBC is a better play for QVC.

Great Oaks and another company have bought a lot of stock recently. The CEO and VP's at ShopNBC have also bought a lot (and I mean a lot) of stock recently too. Take over plans?
