isn't this against the law ?
I guess insider trading is not regulated on Nov 13, 2008 10:02 PMI would have thought that was classified as insider trading ? A Vice Chairman buying stock at a low, knowing that their is an announcement coming out an hour later from the company that will send the stock price higher.
