BofA downgrades Corinthian Colleges (Nasdaq: COCO) and ITT Educational (NYSE: ESI) from Buy to Neutral. (Shares of COCO have fallen 9.5% - ESI shares are down 5.6%)

BofA downgrades Career Education (Nasdaq: CECO) and Universal Technical Institute (NYSE: UTI) from Neutral to Sell. (Shares of CECO drop 9.65% and UTI is down 8.5%)

BofA analyst sees more challenges in avoiding disruption during the fall enrollment season because of the unstable student lending environment.
