Drew Industries (NYSE: DW) Chairman Leigh Abrams made a large sale recently.
According to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. SEC, Abrams unloaded 20,000 shares over the course of two sessions, from August 7th to the 8th. Shares were sold for aggregate prices of $29.18 and $29.01 respectively, for gross proceeds of $582,325.
Following the sales, Abrams still holds 186,459 shares of Drew stock.
Drew Industries is trading 0.7 percent higher Thursday.
