Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) today announced a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per share on common stock, or $0.42 annualized.
The dividend is payable December 30, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business December 2, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 30, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 2.7%.
Cooper Tire & Rubber Company manufactures and markets replacement tires primarily in North America and internationally.
