Citigroup, Inc. (NYSE: C) Director Richard Parsons bought 35,000 shares on 11/18 at $8.15, bringing his stake to 97,042 shares.
Shares of Citigroup fell an incredibly 27% today to $4.68, 43% below where Parsons was buying.
A number of other Citi execs, including embattled CEO Vikram Pandit, also recently bought shares and today Prince Alwaleed announced plans to increase his stake in Citi back to 5%.
