CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its common stock for the third quarter 2009. The dividend will be payable on or about September 30, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2009.
The ex-dividend date will be September 14, 2009.
