ISLANDIA, N.Y., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CA, Inc. (Nasdaq: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend will be paid on November 30, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2009.
