Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.a) released its 13F for the quarter ended Sept, 30 2009. The filing showed that Buffett added to his stake in the world's largest retailer and oil producer and showed a new stake in a waste management company that is also owned by his good friend Bill Gates.

- Cut 7.06 million shares of ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) to 57,430,168 shares

- New 3,625,000 share stake in Republic Services (NYSE: RSG)
- Maintained 200,000,000 share stake in Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO)
