Billionaire Cuban Continues To Build Stake In Reading International (RDI)

An SEC filing after the close showed billionaire Mark Cuban raised his stake in Reading International Inc. (NYSE: RDI).

Filings showed Cuban bought 500,000 Class A shares on 6/22 at $4.51, his entire Class A position. Cuban also bought 50,100 Class B shares on 6/19 at $6.84, bringing his Class B position to 207,511 shares.

On June 8th, Cuban first disclosed his stake in Reading International Class B shares in a 13G filing.

Reading International, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, focuses on the development, ownership, and operation of multiplex cinemas, and retail and commercial real estate properties in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
