Alon USA Announces Third Quarter 2008 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

(NYSE: ALJ) ("Alon") today announced plans to release its third quarter 2008 results on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 after the market closes. In conjunction with the release, Alon has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. eastern time (9:00 a.m. central).
