CDC Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CDCS) 17.4% HIGHER; reports Q2 GAAP EPS of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter was $50.6 million, versus $66.8 million in Q208. Sees FY09 sales of $197-$200 million.

AirMedia Group Inc. (Nasdaq: AMCN) 12.9% LOWER; reports a Q2 adj-loss of $0.08, 5 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $36.8 million vs. $36.09 million consensus. Sees Q3 sales of $37-$40 million, versus the consensus of $44.11 million.

Delphi Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: DFG) 8.5% LOWER; announced a registered underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. Delphi will grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of Class A common stock from Delphi if the underwriter sells more than 3,000,000 shares of Delphi's Class A common stock in the offering. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.

CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) 7.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $81.7 million, versus the consensus of $84.16 million.

China Distance Education Holdings Limited (NYSE: DL) 7.2% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.00, in-line with estimates. Revenues were $8.3 million vs. $7.47 million consensus. Total course enrollments exceeded 214,000, an increase of 7.4% from the third quarter of fiscal 2008.

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) 2.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.15, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $1.06 billion, versus the consensus of $1.02 billion. Sees Q4 adj-EPS of $0.20-$0.25, versus the consensus of $0.20.

EMCORE Corporation (NASDAQ: EMKR) 2.5% LOWER; reports Q3 non-GAAP loss of $0.09, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter was $38.5 million, versus the consensus of $42.43 million. Sees Q4 sales of $38-$42 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $44.02 million.

China Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited (NASDAQ: CNTF) 2.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.10, up from the $0.05 reported in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $49.8 million, versus $48.7 million in Q208. Sees Q3 sales of $47-$52 million.

The First Marblehead Corporation (NYSE: FMD) 2% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.36, 11 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25) and compared to a loss of $0.57 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $11.6 million, versus the consensus of $12.44 million.

TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (NYSE: TRW) 1.4% LOWER; announced that it successfully completed its previously announced public offering of 16,100,000 shares of common stock at a price of $17.50 per share to the public. The number of shares included 2,100,000 shares sold pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
