After-Hours Movers 6/9: Shuffle Master (SHFL) Higher on Earnings; CMGI (CMGI) Sinks on Earnings, Sequenom (SQNM) Lower on Possible Lawsuit

CMGI (Nasdaq: CMGI) 15.7% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.05, versus the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenues for the quarter were $239.2 million, versus the consensus of $282.10 million. Narrows FY08 sales from $1.05-$1.15 billion to $1.05-$1.10 billion, versus the consensus of $1.11 billion.
Shuffle Master (Nasdaq: SHFL) 12% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.09, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenues for the quarter were $49 million, versus the consensus of $45.55 million.
Sequenom (Nasdaq: SQNM) 5% LOWER; announced that it has been named as a defendant in a complaint filed by plaintiffs Beckman Coulter Inc. and Orchid Cellmark Inc.
SuperGen (Nasdaq: SUPG) 4.7% LOWER; after falling more than 10% during the trading session, shares continue to sink after hours.
CIT Group (NYSE: CIT) 4.6% HIGHER; after announcing a $3 billion financing facility with Goldman Sachs before the market opened this morning, CIT stock gapped higher by nearly 14%. Over the course of the day, shares of CIT sold off and ended the day up only about 3%.
Titanium Metals (NYSE: TIE) 3.5% HIGHER; the after hour move comes amid no company specific news, but with heavy volume.
Circuit City (NYSE: CC) 2% HIGHER; seeing substantial trading volume after hours but no news has been released by the company.
