iWatt (Nasdaq: IWAT) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum price is $75 million. iWatt plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "IWAT."
The offering is being made through Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays, Canaccord Genuity, Baird, and Needham & Company.
iWatt is a provider of digital-centric power management integrated circuits or ICs.
