Trulia, Inc. (NYSE: TRLA) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The Company plans to sell 6,000,000 shares and sees an inital price of $14 to $16 per share. The company filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "TRLA."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Needham & Company, and William Blair.
According the the initial S-1 filed with the SEC: "Trulia is redefining the home search experience for consumers and changing the way that real estate professionals build their businesses."
