Trellis Earth Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: TREL), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of Common Stock. Trellis plans to sell 4 million Common Shares and sees a price of $5 to $6 per share. Trellis plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "TREL."
The offering is being made through Aegis Capital Corp.
Trellis Earth Products develops, markets and sells bioplastics-based products for use primarily in the food service industry, including disposable deliware, cutlery, trash liners and shopping bags.
