TransUnion Files $100M IPO

TransUnion filed a registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million.

Underwriters on the offering include: Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, Credit Suisse, Evercore ISI, and Stifel.

Brief financial commentary: Our total revenues increased from $1,183.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2013 to $1,304.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2014, representing year-over-year growth of 10.3 percent. Our Adjusted EBITDA increased from $408.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2013 to $451.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2014, representing year-over-year growth of 10.6 percent.
