Shutterstock, Inc. (NYSE: SSTK) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $115 million. Shutterstock plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "SSTK."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Jefferies, RBC Capital, Stifel Nicolaus, and William Blair.
