SharesPost Sale Values Facebook (FB) at $94B
Data from SharesPost Friday revealed the completion of a sale of 100,000 Class B Common Facebook (FB) shares at a clearing price of $40 per share. SharesPost said there is currently a fully diluted count of 2.35 billion common shares, leading to a valuation of $94 billion.
Facebook's IPO filing showed the company was looking to raise $5 billion.
