In an S-1 filing Friday afternoon, ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) registered for a $150 million initial public offering of common stock. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "NOW."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Credit Suisse, UBS, Pacific Crest and Wells Fargo.
