Ruckus (RKUS) Can Move Higher; Has Key Spot in Growing Segment - Cramer

January 15, 2013 1:44 PM EST
Ruckus Wireless (NYSE: RKUS) is higher on the session amid positive comments from stock wunderkind Jim Cramer Monday night.

Cramer highlighted how Ruckus plans to solve one of Wi-Fi's biggest issues, which is interference. Ruckus' products use dynamic antennae which adapt to changing conditions in real time, which makes them ideal for places like college campuses and urban areas.

In enterprise, companies will be able to get broader coverage from a single device, meaning the company will need to purchase fewer of them.

Cramer noted that Ruckus is taking market share in a segment that's growing 20 percent per year, meaning it should see faster growth. Despite the sentiment, valuation has Cramer waiting for a pullback before jumping in.

Shares are up about five percent Tuesday.
