Rhino Resource Partners (RNO) Sees New IPO Price of $11-$12
Rhino Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: RNO) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering up to 10,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $11-$12 per share, down from its previously announced price range of $16-$18. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "RNO".
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus, Wachovia Securities, Dahlman Rose & Company, Davenport & Company, Friedman Billings Ramsey and PNC Capital Markets.
Rhino Resource Partners is a growth-oriented Delaware corporation formed to control and operate coal properties and related assets. The company has a geographically diverse asset base with coal reserves located in Central Appalachia, Northern Appalachia, the Illinois Basin and the Western Bituminous region.
