Rackspace Hosting (RAX) Files $400 Million IPO

Rackspace Hosting (NYSE: RAX) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $400 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the stock symbol "RAX."

The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse Securities, Merrill Lynch and WR Hambrecht will act as joint book-running managers of the offering.
