PlainsCapital Corp. (NYSE: PCB) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 15,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $14-$16 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "PCB".
The offering is being made through JPMorgan, Fox-Pitt, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Stephens.
PlainsCapital is a Texas corporation and a financial holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999.
