Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) filed an amended registration with the U.S. SEC for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The Company plans to sell 86.1 million shares and sees and offering price of $22 to $25 per share. The Company filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "ZTS."
Underwriters on the offering are J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Guggenheim Securities, Jefferies, BNP PARIBAS, HSBC, Loop Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, The Williams Capital Group, L.P., UBS Investment Bank, Lebenthal Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, and Ramirez & Co., Inc.
Zoetis was an animal health subsidiary of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE).
