According to an amended S-1 filing Tuesday, Northern Tier Energy LP (NYSE: NTI) disclosed it is planning to offer 16.25 million common units at a price ranging from $19-$21 per unit. The units have been approved to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "NTI."
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, UBS, JPMorgan and Macquarie.
Northern Tier Energy is an independent downstream energy limited partnership with refining, retail and pipeline operations that serves the PADD II region of the United States. The company operates assets in two business segments: the refining business and the retail business.
