New Source Energy (NSE) Sees IPO Price of $10-$12/Share

New Source Energy Corp. (NYSE: NSE) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 9.1 million common and sees an offering price of $10 to $12 per share. New Source Energy plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NSE."

The offering is being made through BMO Capital Markets, KeyBanc Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C.

New Source Energy is an independent energy company engaged in the development and production of onshore oil and liquids-rich natural gas projects in the United States.
