Methes Energies International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: MEIL) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Units. The Company plans to sell 1 million units. Methes applied to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker, "MEIL."
The offering is being made through Paulson Investment Company and Barrett & Company.
