Luca Technologies (LUCA) Sees IPO Price of $11-$13/Share

Luca Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: LUCA) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Luca plans to offer 8.5 million shares and sees a price of $11 to $13 per share. Luca filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "LUCA."

The offering is being made through UBS Investment Bank, Citi, Piper Jaffray, ThnkEquity, and Baird.

Luca Technologies is a clean energy company that uses biotechnology to create and sustainably produce natural gas.
