LifeLock, Inc. (NYSE: LOCK) today that Hilary Schneider has been appointed President of LifeLock. LifeLock's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Todd Davis will maintain an active leadership role in the overall direction and strategy for the business.
Hilary brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience, including serving as Executive Vice President of the Americas for Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) with responsibility for the consumer, advertising and publishing businesses of Yahoo!'s largest region.
Notably, LifeLock recently filed for an IPO of its stock.
