Intrepid Potash (IPI) Sees New IPO Price of $27-$29

Intrepid Potash (NYSE: IPI) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 30,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $27-$29 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "IPI".

The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital and BMO Capital.

Intrepid Potash is the largest producer of muriate of potash in the U.S. and is dedicated to the production and marketing of potash and langbeinite, another mineral containing potassium. [BCS]
