The Company is offering 30,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $27-$29 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "IPI".
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital and BMO Capital.
