Intrepid Potash (IPI) Sees IPO Price of $24-$26
Intrepid Potash (NYSE: IPI) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 24,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $24-$26 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "IPI".
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets.
Intrepid Potash is the largest producer of muriate of potash (MOP, or potassium chloride) in the U.S. and are dedicated to the production and marketing of potash and langbeinite (sulfate of potash magnesia), another mineral containing potassium. [BCS]
