In a Form F-1 Friday, Intelsat Global Holdings SA (NYSE: I) registered for a $1.75 billion initial public offering. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "I."
The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley.
Intelsat operates the world’s largest satellite services business, providing a critical layer in the global communications infrastructure.
