Hyatt Hotels (H) Sees IPO Price of $23-$26

Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 38,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $23-$26 per share. The Company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "H".

The offering is being made through Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, UBS, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Piper Jaffray, Scotia Capital, Robert W. Baird, Loop Capital Markets, M.R. Beal & Company, Ramirez & Co., Siebert Capital Markets and The Williams Capital Group.
