HealthPort (HPRT) Sees IPO Price of $14-$16
HealthPort Inc. (Nasdaq: HPRT) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 6,000,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $14-$16 per share. The Company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "HPRT".
The offering is being made through Deutsche Bank, William Blair, Raymond James and Needham & Co.
HealthPort is a provider of healthcare information services and technology solutions to approximately 1,900 hospitals and health systems and 8,000 independent and hospital-affiliated physician clinics.
