Hatteras Financial (NYSE: HTS) priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $24.00 per share. The stock will start trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "HTS."
Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC are acting as co-book running managers, and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, JMP Securities LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are acting as co-managers.
