Globus Medical (GMED) Sees IPO Price of $16-$18/Share

In an amended S-1 filing Tuesday, Globus Medical (NYSE: GMED) disclosed it will offer 11,764,705 shares at a price ranging from $16-$18 per share. Globus plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "GMED."
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Piper Jaffray, Leerink Swann, Canaccord Genuity, William Blair & Company, and Oppenheimer & Co.
