Global Market Group Limited (NYSE: GMC) iled a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today for an Initial Public Offering of their American Depositary Shares (ADSs). The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $50 million. The company has filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "GMC."
The offering is being made through Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray, Cowen and Co., Lazard Capital Markets, and Oppenheimer & Co.
Global Market Group is a business-to-business, or B2B, e-commerce service provider dedicated to connecting high-quality manufacturers in China to international buyers.
