GT Solar (SOLR) Sees IPO Price of $15.50-$17.50
GT Solar (Nasdaq: SOLR) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 30,300,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $15.50-$17.50 per share. The Company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "SOLR".
The offering is being made through Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Banc of America Securities, Deutsche Bank, Piper Jaffray and Thomas Weisel Partners.
GT Solar is a global provider of specialized manufacturing equipment and services essential for the production of photovoltaic, or PV, wafers, cells and modules and polysilicon.
