GFI Software SA (GFIX) Files $100M IPO

GFI Software S.A. (NYSE: GFIX) filed a registration with the U.S. SEC for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. GFI plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "GFIX."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, BMO Capital Markets, Needham & Company, and Oppenheimer & Co.
Revs rose from $50.14 million in FY09, to $81.73 million in FY10, and $120.08 million in FY11. Revs are up 26 percent for the first-half of 2012. Loss was $6.0 million in FY09, $25.98 million in FY10, and $41.88 million in FY11. Net loss for the first six-months is 53 percent wider to $24.8 million.
